Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include the shipping time selected at checkout.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $8 — estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15 — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
If we experience an unexpected delay that prevents us from shipping within the stated processing time, we will notify you and provide updated information regarding your order.
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Bow on the Go Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and its contents so we can review the issue.
