Custom Order Disclaimer & Return Policy

At Bow on the Go Studio, every personalized photo magnet and customized gift basket is thoughtfully created and made specifically for each customer. Because these items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized or customized orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Bow on the Go Studio.

Please carefully review all photos, names, messages, personalization details, product selections, and delivery information before submitting your order. Personalized photo magnets are created using the images provided by the customer. Bow on the Go Studio is not responsible for the quality of photos submitted, including low-resolution, blurry, dark, or improperly cropped images.

Customized gift baskets are assembled based on the customer's requested theme, preferences, and selections. While we make every effort to include the exact items requested, product availability may occasionally require substitutions. If a substitution is needed, it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value that matches the theme, style, and quality of the original selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Bow on the Go Studio within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution. . For delivered gift baskets, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. Bow on the Go Studio is not responsible for items left unattended after delivery has been confirmed according to the customer's instructions.
